We’re excited to partner with Interaction International this year to host a Young Adult TCK Re-Entry Retreat!
If you’re returning to the U.S.—whether for college, a gap year, work, or home assignment—this retreat is designed just for you. It’s a space to process your transition, explore your identity, and gain practical tools for navigating life in a new culture.
What You’ll Experience:
- Discover more about yourself—how you grieve, connect, and adapt
- Learn how Americans build friendships and how to share your story in a meaningful, concise way
- Get practical help with everyday adulting—like filing taxes and navigating U.S. systems
- Build lifelong friendships with others who understand your journey
This isn’t just a seminar—it’s a launchpad into your next chapter, surrounded by a community that lasts well beyond the retreat.

Location: CIT- Union Mills, North Carolina
Cost: $840 ($520 with approved scholarship) plus a $50 application fee.

Teachings, activities, large and small group discussions will be led by our staff who have all lived and worked abroad with TCKs

Our location has unique opportunities for exploring the outdoors, checking out the local attractions, and having fun. Playing and spending time with people who have lived a life similar to yours is invaluable. We want you to have that.
