After several years of vision casting and more recently several months of needs analysis, Cuba is ready to launch the Centro Educativo Misionero in April. While we discussed what the training needs to look like and the question arose that if they are sending families do the kids need to be trained as well. Here at CIT we strongly urge training for the whole family. Children of all ages need to understand what they will be going through as they transition to a new culture. Having a healthy family allows each member to follow what God has for them in their host country.
